Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns on all of our items excluding those listed in the salvage tab. 


Refurbished products can be returned within 3 months from the purchase date should any defects occur due to the repair made. All refurbished returns must include all original accessories that originally came with the product. 

A return claim may be rejected should an inspection conclude that damage was caused due to user error or if the returned item is returned in a lesser condition than when it was originally shipped out to the buyer. 


All other items can be returned within 30 days for any reason with shipping expenses covered by the buyer. All returns are subject to be inspected and a return may be rejected if the item is returned in a lesser condition than when it was originally shipped to the buyer. All items returned must be adequately packaged as to avoid shipping damage and must be returned with any and all accessories that originally came with the product. 


Items that are being returned due to defect/damage that occurred during shipping after purchase will have shipping costs covered by the seller at the time of return request. A shipping label will be sent by email. A shipping damage claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
